CCTV Surveys
We are specialists in providing CCTV Surveys. Our teams will attend your site and provide you with a full visual inspection and condition report. Our advanced remote visual inspection (RVI technology can deliver high-definition video reports below ground, within pipework, under water, in voids and confined spaces.
If you have existing site surveys our team will use these as a start, alternatively we can undertake a complete topograhical survey of the site.
Specialist CCTV Technology
Our surveys include the manual lifting of every inspection chamber, including locating hidden chambers if required. We then record the depth of the invert, the pipework diameter, type of drainage system and the construction type of the chamber. All this information is overlaid onto the site survey.
Our complete range of specialist camera technology can traverse the full length of the drainage system, establish the condition of each pipe and identify all issues such as structural defects, root ingress, cracks and blockages.
The KAM team will study the footage using the latest processing software then issue the report to the client. We will also send a quote if any remedial works are required.
CCTV drainage condition survey
Alongside our underground and utility survey activities, our specialist teams can also attend site and complete a CCTV drainage condition survey to provide you with a full visual inspection and conditional report alongside survey data. Our advanced remote visual inspection (RVI) technology can deliver high-definition imagery below ground, underwater and within pipework, voids and confined spaces.
We can start your project by carrying out a topographical survey of the site, or use existing site surveys. Our detailed drainage survey will include the manual lifting of every inspection chamber or manhole cover, including locating the chambers if required.
CCTV Surveys
For each inspection chamber we will record the depth of the invert, the pipework diameter and type of drainage system including the construction of the chamber. This is then overlaid onto the topographical survey prior to issuing.
Many of our clients opt for a full CCTV drainage survey. Our range of camera technology can traverse the full length of the drainage system and identify the specific condition of each pipe, identifying any structural defects, root ingress, cracks and blockages.
Once completed on site, our surveyors will study the footage and, using the latest processing software, issue a client report with all risks clearly categorised, flagging up those which require attention or possible action.
Should our technical report highlight any significant issues such as blockages, we are also on hand to carry out high pressure jetting to the areas of concern with the aim of restoring the entire drainage network to its fully-functioning capacity.
